Service Provided: The Kentucky Pain Society provides regularly scheduled and/or yearly continuing education opportunities. The membership fees include the fee for the annual meeting. The Kentucky Pain Society also provides an avenue for persons or entities interested in supporting the Kentucky Pain Society and opportunity to do so according to the regulations inherent to the process.
REGISTRATION FEES FOR THE ANNUAL CONFERENCE NOVEMBER 15, 2009 ARE AS FOLLOWS:
1. Physicians $175
2. RNs, Pharmacists, & other HC professionals $125
3. UL / UK Faculty, Residents, Fellows and Full Time Students $125
Terms Of Memberships: Presently membership is open to health care professionals and professional students interested in the complex and multi-varied areas of providing pain management. Membership is for one year and is renewed by payment of registration fees for the year’s annual conference and continues until the next year’s conference. |
